Shipping policy

  • Processing time begins once payment is successfully authorized.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via reputable third‑party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping method options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

1.3 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Any free‑shipping promotions will be clearly disclosed at checkout and may be subject to exclusions or minimum purchase requirements.

1.4 Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain products when carrier restrictions apply.

1.5 Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.

1.6 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, SilverStream is not responsible for carrier delays.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly.

  • We may, at our discretion, assist with filing claims but do not guarantee replacements or refunds for stolen packages.

1.7 Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
