Subscription Policy

(Auto-Renewal Disclosure)

4.1 Subscription Products

  • Subscriptions provide recurring shipments of coffee at the frequency selected at checkout.

  • By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize SilverStream Coffee Roasters to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

4.2 Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the customer.

  • Billing occurs prior to each shipment cycle and before roasting or fulfillment begins.

4.3 Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting customer support.

  • To avoid charges for an upcoming shipment, cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the next billing date.

  • Once billing has occurred or fulfillment has begun, that cycle is non-refundable and non-cancelable.

4.4 Subscription Modifications

  • Customers may modify delivery frequency, shipping address, or coffee selection before the billing cutoff.

  • Changes made after the cutoff apply to the following billing cycle.

4.5 Failed Payments

  • If a payment attempt fails, we may retry billing.

  • Subscriptions with unresolved payment failures may be paused, delayed, or canceled without notice.
