Return & Refund Policy

At SilverStream Coffee Roasters, every order is roasted and packed with care.

Because coffee is a consumable food product, all coffee sales are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

We do not accept returns on opened or unopened coffee products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with fulfillment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stacy@silverstreamcoffeeroasters.com and we will make it right. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items at our discretion.
