Baseline is our signature house blend coffee, crafted to be the cup you reach for every day. It’s balanced, dependable, and welcoming from the first sip to the last—a coffee designed to feel familiar whether you're brewing the first pot of the morning or sharing a cup with friends.

This blend brings together coffees from Brazil, Ethiopia, and Colombia, creating a cup that is smooth and chocolatey with just enough brightness to keep things lively. Brazilian beans provide rich body and cocoa notes, Ethiopian coffee contributes subtle fruit and aroma, and Colombian coffee rounds everything out with balanced sweetness.

The result is a smooth medium roast coffee that works beautifully across brewing methods—from drip coffee and pour-over to French press.

It’s also the coffee we use every day for espresso at our SilverStream Coffee Airstream, where its balance and sweetness produce a rich, approachable shot that pairs perfectly with milk or stands confidently on its own.

Baseline Road in Boulder, Colorado traces the 40th parallel north—the surveying line used as the baseline when the Colorado Territory was established in 1861. It became an important geographic reference during westward expansion and eventually leads to Chautauqua Park, where the plains meet the Rocky Mountains.

For our founder Bruce, Baseline carries a more personal meaning.
